Announcement on tariffs adjustment for individual customers, and fee waiver to some products and services

Dear Valued Customer, 
 
Vietnam Technological & Commercial Joint Stock Bank (Techcombank) would like to express our sincere gratitude for your banking with us, and using Techcombank’s products/services over the past time. 
 
To provide preferential fee benefits, simple and convenient fee look-up, Techcombank would like to inform you of the adjusted retail tariffs for individual customers, including the fee waiver to some products and services, with the following key features: 
 
The new tariffs will be effective from 01 May 2020: 
  • Apply benefits/preferential fees exclusively to Priority customers, including VIP1, VIP2, VIP3, and normal customers.   
  • Expand some benefits, including waiver of fees related to Deposit & Credit cards applicable to Priority customers. 
  • Adjust fee policy to provide more benefits to customers: 
    • Cashback of first-year annual fee applicable to a credit card issued to replace an expired one. (*)
    • Waiver of card issuance fee applicable to a debit card issued to replace an expired one, or first-time card issuance at Techcombank on F@st Mobile channel (*) 
  • Simplify and combine similar fees in the Tariffs. 
The tariffs shall be effective from 21 June 2020: 
  • Add a provision on VAT for overdraft account management fee according to statutory requirement. 
The tariffs shall be effective from 01 September 2020: 
  • Both Payroll and non-Payroll customers will enjoy flat rate for account bundle management fee/cash withdrawal fee.
