To protect the health of our Customers, our employees and the safety of the community, Techcombank would like to announce
Dear Customers,

Upper respiratory tract infection caused by SARS-COV-2 disease’s situation continues to develop complicatedly
To protect the health of our Customers, our employees and the safety of the community, Techcombank would like to announce : 
  • Staff at the customer service counters will always wear a mask when working
  • Disinfectant hand sanitizer is conveniently located at branches for Customers to use
  • Conducting body temperature measurement for all employees, experts and visitors working in offices and branches. Those with high body temperature above 37.5oC will be guided to a separate flow and have appropriate support.
  • Implementation of daily cleaning, periodic disinfection at all branches and Head Office buildings.
As directed by the Ministry of Health, Techcombank would like to advice our Customers:
  • Wear a mask when going to public places, crowded places and when conducting transactions at the branch;
  • If there are signs of abnormal health such as fatigue, cough, shortness of breath or fever above 37.5oC, it is necessary to comply with the regulations on prevention of epidemic, avoid contact with people and report to the local health facility.
  • Keep a distance of at least 1m when communicating and when going to public places.
