Retail Customers :

All services will be temporary not available  in  the following estimated  downtimes:
  • Downtime 1 (60 minutes): From 23:00, Wednesday, April 29th, 2020 to 00:00, Thursday, April 30th, 2020 (GMT+7)
  • Downtime 2 (120 minutes): From 23:00, Saturday, May 02nd, 2020 to 01:00, Sunday, May 03rd, 2020 (GMT+7)
Between downtimes :
  • Internet banking and Card service is available
  • Some services and functions will be temporarily not available.
Corporate Customers :

Internet banking system and for Corporate Customers  (F@st EBank - FEB) and Debit card services will be temporarily not available.
