Periodic testing of technology systems announcement

According to the State Bank's regulations to ensure stable, continuous and data-safe operation for customers, Techcombank would like to announce periodic plan of testing technology system on January 16 and January 17, 2021.

Estimated time:
  • From 0:30 - 3:40 AM on January 16th, 2021;
  • From 0:30 - 3:40 AM on January 17th, 2021.
Due to the technical requirements of the testing process, some banking services will be affected as follows:
  • E-Banking services:
    • F@st Mobile application and Internet Banking F@st i-bank of Personal Banking service;
    • F@st Ebank application of Corporate Banking service.
    • Internet Banking for host to host service.
  • Card Service: Transactions via domestic cards and debit cards.
  • Other services:Notification service for balance fluctuation, transactions via 8049, automatic account balance inquiry service through 1800588822.
Transactions via credit cards (credit) and other bank cards on Techcombank POS and ATM systems keep operating normally.
